Anita Briem hails from Iceland. Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress. The actress is most famous for her role as Jane Seymour, the young girl who would become the third queen of Henry VIII on the television series The Tudors. Briem began her acting career in the age of 9 at the National Theater in Iceland. Her home country of Iceland she was involved in the television, radio, and different programs while a young actor. Briem, then 16, was a teenager when she moved to London and was a part of the production of Lenin In Love for The New End Theater. Briem was 19, and was admitted to The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. There she studied over three years.
